More than an unfortunate number, 17 represents the challenge for us to overcome the adversity, optimism and independence of people who are passionate about beer. We are Marco M., Michele, Marco B., and Fabio, 4 friends and partners who met at the craft beer course No. 17. There the spark started and the desire to complete a mission... We want to produce excellent beers, according to tradition, drinkable and very fresh. We want to offer you an authentic taste experience, rediscovering in particular the styles that have made the history of beer. To do this, we use the most suitable ingredients, choosing the most suitable for each recipe. A peculiarity of our restaurant is the opportunity to taste beers directly from the production tanks. We have defined this approach: 'Zero meter beer'. Brewery 17, in fact, is not just a pub and it's not just a brewery: it's a brewpub. We have combined craftsmanship in brewing production with our cuisine, which transforms a simple sandwich into a tasty moment of sharing, thanks to the search for raw materials that know how to enhance our jewel in our crown: craft beer.Read their story
