I purchased the scrunchie keychains. They are of high quality material along with the clasp. I am very pleased with the product. The communication was also very prompt. I had mistakenly ordered double of one color and they reached out to my right away to make sure that's what I wanted. Most companies would just fulfill the order as sent, but they truly care about their customers and I thank them for that! I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
