About GeoMetricGem
“You never know where life is taking you, but it’s taking you….” And it took me far. To a different continent and country that I now call home. I was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus yet Philadelphia has been my home for the last 20 years. I love this city for its vibrant art scene that makes it so easy to stay creative. I draw my inspiration from geometric shapes, as I have always loved mathematics. I fuse this love with the patterns and textures of Mother Nature to inspire the line of jewelry I create today. I use hand cut and laser cut brass and incorporate natural gemstones and crystals to create pieces that embrace their natural elements. My pieces flow like the air and water around us, connecting the wearer of my jewelry to the surrounding elements. Fun fact: most of my pieces are named after local lakes, rivers and ponds.
