The story of how I created the Sound Essences begins in 1998 at a reunion of graduate herbalists. Our teacher, Yarrow Alpine had brought our attention to universal vibrations and organized a special experience for us one evening. A crystal bowl player came to play her bowls in a log house set amongst the acres of trees and herbs in which we had spent the day exploring and studying. That evening, I experienced what sound could do for the body. I can’t say that the earth shook or that I had some rare disease cured but I knew from that moment on, I would be different. It was the resonance of the crystal bowls that really moved me. It may have been a spiritual connection because I felt more complete than I had ever felt. This experience left me wondering why everyone didn’t get the chance to have this inner sense of connection and complete bliss! The Question was; How could one bottle this incredible healing vibration.
