I was extremely disappointed with the vanilla. What I ordered and what I received were completely wrong and the vanilla was totally misrepresented. It says on their page that it is Mexican Vanilla but it is actually West Indian Vanilla which is a much milder vanilla. Actually I think they were in too much of a hurry to deliver and gave little thought to the product. Must have thought I was a baker and not a retail store.

Sidney was correct, we are not experts in vanilla, but we met a woman in the Yucatan that had worked her vanilla farm for 8 years and was having trouble selling her vanilla. We decided to help out. Her daughter, who spoke english, provided us with the items. We did not know that the term "Mexican Vanilla" was not meant to describe vanilla made in Mexico, but the bottle labeling correctly identified the contents as West Indian Vanilla. However, the description of the item was Mexican Vanilla. It was still 100% pure vanilla. —SoulGives Company • May 2, 2025
