As someone who loved to thrift and visit estate sales, I couldn't help but notice that the one thing that sat around for months was the beautiful scarves. It made me sad to see these stunning works of art sit there unappreciated and unloved, so I decided to bring a few home and see if I could transform them into something new. The Silk Scarf Scrunchie was born! What once were sad scarves hanging forever on the racks at antique malls, have now been completely transformed into beautiful one of a kind silk scrunchies that are as pretty as they are good for your hair. Wanting to provide an option for those who prefer vegan materials, I started sourcing vegan silk scarves and creating scrunchies! They've been so well received and loved just as much as the real silk scrunchies!

I'm happy to have placed my second order with Maddie! All the scrunchies are beautiful and well made. I love that they are upcyled and unique! They draw a lot of people to look through them and find their favorites. My only feedback as a sustainable/eco-friendly business is that each scrunchie comes in it's own plastic zip-lock, but the owner reached out and told me that I could opt out of single use plastic for future orders. Will be placing more orders with Maddie for sure!
