About Moonglade Brews

We got our start back in 2017 in the beachside community of Oceanside, California. Our founder, Jason, a non-drinker, wanted an invigorating, bubbly thirst quencher that was not a sugary, syrupy soda or a dry soda water. He started experimenting in his kitchen and researching recipes for ginger beer. He found the original English ginger beer recipe was quite simple and refreshing-- a simple blend of ginger, lemons and cane sugar. When it was lightly carbonated it made a delicious, refreshing drink that could be enjoyed as a healthier alternative to soft drinks and a craft beverage to stand up to all those craft beers everyone was talking about.
