SAL de IBIZA offers a range of top-quality table salt products, all made from 100% natural sea salt. SAL de IBIZA is exclusively harvested in the nature reserve "Parque Natural de Ses Salines d’Eivissa," which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1999. It contains no additives or preservatives and is not subjected to any further refining processes, except for gentle drying in sunlight and gentle grinding. For these reasons, SAL de IBIZA contains over 80 traceable minerals and trace elements. We remove nothing and add nothing. Because good sea salt needs nothing but sun, wind, and sea.
