From a simple reflection on the luck of being able to admire such a varied nature and taste the fruits that man is able to extrapolate from it, the idea was born: a project linked to their roots, their skills and their professional experience, an investment aimed at creating a “TOP”, exclusive product, interpretation of the art and skill of the best olive farmers in western Liguria.
