Hello! We are so glad you're here. I am Stephanie, the maker, artist and face behind Kent and Co. Handmade. I started making candles because store-bought candles were exacerbating my migraines. I also didn't like the way most candles looked. I wanted a more natural candle that matched my decor aesthetic and didn't make my headaches worse. Soon I had friends and family asking to buy my candles and what started as a little side hustle turned into a full time business. Yay! I absolutely love what I do and I believe this shows in every product my hands create. ​ The labels at Kent and Co. are designed in house and some include my original, calligraphed artwork on them. They are monochromatic to match a variety of decor styles. All of Kent and Co. candles are made with vegan, renewable soy wax. We use cotton wicks and phthalate-free fragrances that are infused with both fragrance and essential oils. Our products are free from paraffin, carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and other potentially hazardous chemicals often found in candles and fragrance. Kent and Co. products are hand crafted and made with care and attention to detail. We are a woman-owned small business. Each and every purchase supports a dream.
