That spontaneous creation became our beloved chocolate-covered popcorn, a best-seller that’s now enjoyed nationwide. Founded in 1983 as Peterbrooke Chocolatier in Jacksonville, Florida, and rebranded in 2021 as Copeland Chocolates, we’ve grown from a neighborhood favorite into a full-scale chocolate manufacturer known for our craftsmanship, flexibility, and quality. Our 25,000 sq ft kosher-certified facility produces a wide range of indulgent treats — from milk and dark chocolate popcorn to truffles, clusters, molded bars, and enrobed cookies. Every product is made with responsibly sourced chocolate and a dedication to classic confectionery techniques.
