About VASO FLIP-FLOPS
My names Alex, and since a young age I was in love with footwear design. As someone who trains martial arts and loves to be chillin’ outdoors I’ve run through pairs of clingy rubber/plastic sandals, and found my self being drawn towards things that feel more grounded, traditionally rooted, and featuring natural materials. So I decided to start a sandal brand that incorporated all these elements, simple but unique! Vaso Flip-Flops. We swapped those old chafing soles for 100% natural sedge grass that has been a staple material in Southern Asia for centuries, along with implementing traditional designs on the straps, with some variations that are either printed or had - painted by us.
