Gavi Sauce started when i got the call the call from my mother that my brother had passed from diabetes. Through the first 30 days of grieving, I cooked whatever I had in the kitchen. No recipes, just what felt good. In the kitchen, I found healing. As the winter came, God called me to make Gavi a reality. Pulling inspiration from our DC roots and Chicago ties, development led to something special. A hot sauce with the perfect blend of sweet, savory and spicy.
