About The Stave and Barrel

Our story began in January 2020, in the heart of Zeeland, Michigan. Tara, the creative spark of our husband-and-wife team, discovered a hidden treasure at a local garage sale: whiskey barrels brimming with potential. She envisioned transforming these discarded relics into unique and beautiful home décor, and Ed, the craftsman of our duo, brought that vision to life. Our first creation? Stunning wine racks, handcrafted from those very barrels. Fast forward to Spring 2025, and that initial spark has ignited a flame. We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of The Stave and Barrel in Holland, Michigan!
