Ritual Candle Co. was born during my journey to finding my self-worth. Making candles, mixing fragrances, and designing them became my new self-care 'ritual', and I wanted to share this part of my life with others via this medium. The foundation of my brand is celebrating self-care and nostalgia, bringing a sense of warmth and comfort to whoever lights the next wick. When I was first developing the Ritual brand and the kind of candles I wanted to create, I spent months researching wax, wicks, containers, and more before settling on the materials I would end up working with. I wanted to choose materials that would help to bring peace of mind to my customers so they could focus on their self-care. I chose to use Coco Apricot wax, which not only burns exceptionally better than soy, but is far better for the environment, disperses fragrance better, and melts like butter. I use beautiful crackling wooden wicks and eco-friendly mica for a modest shimmer to make all Ritual candles truly special and multi-sensory.Read their story
